Navarre’s Deaf People Association (ASORNA) is a nonprofit NGO designated as a public-interest organization by Spanish Government. The Association is represented by a board headed by the President, who is elected every four years by the assembly.
ASORNA’s main goals are condensed into one: fighting to improve deaf people’s quality of life as well as defending their rights, their language and culture.
ASORNA is member of the (Spanish) National Confederation of Deaf People (CNSE) and the Navarre Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities, (CORMIN).
